Pro XL Super High Build Primer is a high build primer or filler ideally suited for plastic and metal substrates. Super High Build Primer is very fast drying, resulting in an easily sanded surface. The drying time is between 5-15 minutes per coat, so is a great addition to your car paint repair products.
